I know it's been over a month since I've updated. I've just been too busy to keep up with the blog. Here is what has been going on the past few months.
MARCH
1. Illness - I caught the cold that was going around the house in Feb. & was sick the first week of March. Kaitlyn has been sick twice this month with either allergies or a sinus infection.
2. Accomplishments- Stephen finished all of his coursework for his nursing classes by the end of March. Jonathan won region championships in debate, and competed in state competition. He also played Church ball, and his team went undefeated into region play. Emily passed off Red Stars in Gymnastics and started training as an Orange Star. This level prepares her for competition. She looks like she has been through war after practice, but she says she loves it even though it is really hard.
3. Events: Jonathan started playing tennis this month and he was having an okay season. Winning some, & losing some. During one of the matches, he twisted his ankle, rested a weekend & went back to his normal everyday life. Kaitlyn started track in March, but due to being sick/ allergies, she missed a lot of practice. End of term came in mid- March, & all the kids did well. Jonathan & Hannah both worked really hard, & it paid off! We are pleased with all four of them. Emily participated in the school science fair & did a great job.
